Ahhhh the light-bodied wine of France, with its relatively high amounts of acidity, lots of youthful fruit and vertically non-existent tannins is what some would say make the Beaujolais a popular varietal. OR – could it be that this wine is not meant to be aged so therefore drank young and still selling for $15-$30.
